The teams in the premier league over the last few years have never changed dramatically. It's usually Leeds go down and Bristol go up or vice versa, apart from the 09/10 season when Worcester went down and Exeter came up. However, if Worcester hadn't won the Championship Play-Off final it wouldn't have mattered, the Cornish Pirates couldn't be promoted because their ground and budget were both not big enough.

This along with the salary cap (although it has been raised slightly) makes the Premiership a little disappointing. I believe many of us would appreciate seeing sides like the Cornish Pirates and seeing big names playing for English clubs. We were all shocked and surprised at Exeter's strong performance in their first season in the top flight so why can't we see how other teams will fare as well.
