Following a dangerous tackle on Chris Paterson, Delon Armitage was cited. His disciplinary hearing took place this morning.
Armitage pleaded guilty to the high tackle meaning his ban was halved to just one week. Unfortunately for the England winger it does mean he will miss England's make or break quarter-final against France.
