Wales' coach, Warren Gatland, has spoken about his feelings towards Dan Carter and how New Zealand will face problems without him. The interview began with a jokey statement from Gatland.

"If we do happen to get to the final against the All Blacks I am more than happy that Dan Carter's not playing in that game." Click read more to see what Warren Gatland said.

Gatland soon turned to serious talk and went on to sympathise for the All Black fly-half.

"He is a fantastic player and he will be a huge loss to that team. I think they are going to be incredibly tough to beat."

"I think everyone has known for a long time that Dan Carter has been a pivotal key man for the All Blacks and when he doesn't play for them they are more vulnerable."

He finished by confirming his feelings on Carter's injury. "I don't think anyone will take any delight in Dan Carter being ruled out of the World Cup."
