The Ospreys made a strong start and probably underestimated strong oponents who fought back later on in the game. The Ospreys were lucky not be penalized any more than the single yellow card they received in the second half as the referee highlighted key disciplinary errors throughout for the Welsh side. Glasgow fully capitalized on Ospreys disclipinary problems by pouncing on them in the second half with a host of penalties and tries.

1st Half:
Glasgow opened the games scoring with a Duncan Weir penalty early on. The Ospreys fly half, Matthew Morgan, scored 12 points with boot which would be a much needed addition for the Welsh side ahead of a tough second half.

The lead deserved to be in the hands of Glasgow but chances were not taken and meant that the Ospreys had earned a 9 point lead by taking crucial decisions to kick penalties rather than kick to touch or take scrums.

2nd Half:
After the break, play did become more eventful for both sides. Again, Ospreys started with a strong attack but a stray pass from Morgan allowed Richie Gray to kick the ball along the floor and chase. Unfortunately the big Scot was no match for the Ospreys backs who stole the ball. But the possession didn't last long as Glasgow turned over and made valiant efforts for the line that came to nothing. Duncan Weir converted the penalty following the Glasgow attack and reduced the Ospreys lead.

Glasgow Warriors lock Richie Gray storms forwardThe Ospreys received 3 sin-binnings last weekend and this weekend they suffered just one that cost them the game yet again. Hibbard was put in the bin for entering the ruck at the side after the Ospreys persistently impeded.

Glasgow took control from this point onwards and with a Gray try and subsequent conversion from Weir, it was all systems go for Glasgow.

Two further Weir penalties gave Glasgow a lead of 28 points to 12. Even a last minute try from Matthew Morgan didn't affect Glasgow's unbeatable tally.

Full Time: 28-17 to Glasgow
