Phillipe Saint-Andre has announced an unchanged side for France's Test against England on Saturday at the Stade de France.

After two shaking performances against Ireland and Scotland, Saint-Andre has been criticised for not freshening up his side but has resisted any temptation from the fans and the media and has chosen the same side the faced Ireland on Sunday.

The draw with the Irish puts France in second place in the table trailing behind Triple Crown winners and the only remaining Grand Slam contenders Wales. "We can still win the tournament...and we will prepare for a big match against England." said Saint-Andre following the draw with Ireland.

Dimitri Yachvili, who was France's first choice scrum-half for the Rugby World Cup, has not received the re-call he expected with Julien Dupuy the preferred choice this time.

"We wanted to see Julien Dupuy because of his strong season with Stade Français. He's played some important games for France. He started against South Africa in Toulouse [in 2009]. We wanted to see him and so far we've only seen him in the stands," said Saint-Andre.

France squad to face England:

Backs: C Poitrenaud, V Clerc, A Rougerie, W Fofana, M Mermoz, J Malzieu, F Trinh-Duc, L Beauxis, M Parra, J Dupuy.

Forwards: J Bonnaire, I Harinordoquy, L Picamoles, T Dusautoir, L Nallet, Y Maestri, P Pape, D Attoub, V Debaty, N Mas, J Poux, D Szarzewski, W Servat.
