Squads:
Wales: James Hook (Perpignan); George North (Scarlets), Jonathan Davies (Scarlets), Jamie Roberts (Cardiff Blues), Shane Williams (Ospreys); Rhys Priestland (Scarlets), Mike Phillips (Bayonne); Paul James, Huw Bennett, Adam Jones (all Ospreys), Luke Charteris (Newport Gwent Dragons), Alun Wyn Jones (Ospreys), Dan Lydiate (Dragons), Sam Warburton (Blues, capt), Toby Faletau (Dragons).
Replacements: Lloyd Burns (Dragons), Gethin Jenkins, Bradley Davies (both Blues), Andy Powell (Sale Sharks), Tavis Knoyle, Scott Williams (both Scarlets), Leigh Halfpenny (Blues).
Ones to watch: Toby Faletau - After a fantastic performance in Wales' last match he will hope to continue his improvements as  he starts for his side once again. Hook, North and Priestland will all be hoping to evade criticism and not let any pressure that may be looming get to them.

Samoa: Paul Williams; Sailosi Tagicakibau, George Pisi, Seilala Mapusua, Alesana Tuilagi; Tusi Pisi, Kahn Fotuali'i; Sakaria Taulafo, Mahonri Schwalger (capt), Anthony Perenise, Daniel Leo, Kane Thompson, Ofisa Treviranus, Maurie Faasavalu, George Stowers.
Replacements: Ti'i Paulo, Census Johnston, Joe Tekori, Manaia Salavea, Jeremy Sua, Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu, Tasesa Lavea.

Ones to watch: Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu will look to impress on the world stage after his fantastic season playing at Gloucester, he starts on the bench. Experienced George Stowers will also look to impress in the Number 8 jersey.

Samoa will certainly not hold back against Wales and shouldn't be underestimated. But Wales will most likely have the edge as a side who
have played a lot and got a lot of collected experience.
Prediction: Wales to win by 24 points to 20.
