Cook on his way to Kingsholm
RFU Championship star and Cornish Pirates full-back Rob Cook has penned a new two-year deal at Gloucester under the reign of former Scarlets boss Nigel Davies.At the age of 28, Cook had an outstanding spell at Cornish Pirates, scoring an incredible 26 tries and more than 1000 points. He has been a target of many clubs during his Pirates era but now he makes the big step into the Aviva Premiership.

The Half Time whistle has gone in the Championship semi-finals, and Bristol and Bedford find themselves with it all to do.
Bristol made the trip to Cornwall and everything was going to plan; midway through the first half they found themselves in control 17-3 ahead. But then the wheels, and some would say the axels as well, fell off, with Pirates running out convincing winners 45-24. So they take a 21 point lead up the M4 to the memorial ground next Sunday.
