The teams in the premier league over the last few years have never changed dramatically. It's usually Leeds go down and Bristol Worcester Exeter Worcester
This along with the salary cap (although it has been raised slightly) makes the Premiership a little disappointing. I believe many of us would appreciate seeing sides like the Cornish Pirates and seeing big names playing for English clubs. We were all shocked and surprised at Exeter
